So what is the Forever UnderWire ™
The Forever UnderWire™ can be incorporated into any garment that can be enhanced normally by a proper foundational support whether you use plastic, steel, or our hybrid.
For example; Bras, lingerie, corsets, cosplay outfits, swimsuits, dresses, gymnastic wear, bridal gowns, theatre, tv, movie costumes, active wear or any other type of garment can now provide enhanced comfort and enhanced support and now provide the most comfortable, longest lasting underwire the end user has ever had.

Our Patented materials and processes provide to you a complex layered underwire which requires little (if any) change to the way you currently install a kinetically stressing stainless steel or nickle based underwire against your fabric.
Layer 1: The Core: We can use either your standard stainless steel or nickle underwire as the core base or one of our Patented flexible stainless steel, nickle, or other flexible core materials.
Layer 2: The Core Wrap: Our process calls for the use of a extremely strong reinforced thread anchor which is attached to any standard stainless steel, nickle or one of our flexible stainless steel cores or other flexible core materials.
Our reinforced thread (The Forever Thread ™ ) anchor which is embedded with industrial type para aramid based fibers such as Kevlar®, Twaron®, Technora® or meta aramid fibers such as Nomax® or other reinforcing chemical long chain fiber additive which is fire retardant , water resistant, and stronger by many magnitudes than any standard thread currently used in retail bra designs today.
Layer 3: The Low Friction Coefficient Encapsulation: The final part of our patented process is a deep “flexible” polymer encapsulation of the prior core layers. This patented process allows us to provide you a very low coefficient of friction along the X and Y axis’s of the bra body fabrics.
Less friction means less wear.
Layer 4: The Patented Wear Reducing Anchor Point: At each end of the encapsulated underwire is a paraboloid design, specifically designed to provide the very best in low kinetic friction. The low friction paraboloid polymer anchor adds years of extended use for the end user under normal wear.
The Anchor: The Paraboloid design is a elongated semi rounded polymer end of the Forever UnderWire™ and the Forever Bra Repair ™ which allows for easy anchoring of the Forever Thread ™. Extending through each end, the The Forever Thread ™ which is easily anchored (normally sewn) to the bra or other garment hem, which is the most wear resistant portion of the garment due to its thickness.
Result: The first underwire which will provides years of comfortable use, not months.
By incorporating a polymer encapsulation, a rigid or flexible metal underwire core, a wear reducing anchoring thread, the wear reducing paraboloid ends and finally anchored to the side and chest hem allows us to provide the first completely “internally” mounted wear reducing anchor point underwire ever produced.

We are so confident in the UnderWire Solutions Inc. patented products, materials and processes that we extend through all of our supply channels which includes our direct retail, our designers and manufacturers, that our products are warranted for as long as the end user owns the retail item.
As a licensed partner you may alter the warranty accordingly for your product to your end user.
We provide the most unheard of warranty in the industry.
The UnderWire Solutions Inc. Our warranty is simple:
- UnderWire Solutions Inc. products and process have no pro-rata, no surprises, a true no questions required warranty for product return due to any failure due to manufacturer defect.
- UnderWire Solutions Inc. Warrants against any manufacturing defect for as long as the end user owns the retail garment.
- UnderWire Solutions Inc. Does not cover damage from physical abuse, such as intentional damage or testing, or for use within a product not licensed for by UnderWire Solutions Inc.
- The end user (whether retail, designer or manufacturer) shall only pay the prevailing postage and handling rate (see Underwires.com website for the most current p&h rate) for the replacement item.
