What is The Forever Thread ™

How can it be 5x stronger than steel yet be as soft as cotton

As you can see from the two chemical chain examples above one is the Meta-Oriented aramid fiber and one is the Para-Oriented aramid fiber base. These are just two or the aramid type fibers we use.

We can get into an extremely long boring discussion on chemical back bone chains, of differing aramid type reinforced fibers for about two hours which will put you to sleep or we can just describe it in a real world.  Let us instead just what our patented process can do for you.

Is it really strong? Absolutely.  How strong?  How about stronger than steel.  Yes by our flexible pleasing to the eye anchor thread is stronger than steel by far.  Pound for pound aramid type fibers are 10x stronger than aluminum and it is 5x stronger than steel by weight. That is why it is used in police vests, sailing yacht sails, parachutes, magicians doing levitation tricks and more. But it is costly.

Our process calls for the use of a molecularly strong reinforced fiber thread anchor which is attached to our patented underwire solution polymer anchor or using a solid or one of our flexible stainless steel underwire cores.

Our reinforced thread ( The Forever Thread ™ ) anchors can be embedded with any industrial para aramid based fibers such as Kevlar®, Twaron®, Technora® or meta aramid fibers such as Nomax®, New Star or other reinforcing chemical long chain fiber process which can be fire retardant like Vectran™ and is water resistant, and stronger by many magnitudes than any standard thread used in almost all retail bra sold today.

Because of the properties of the aramid fiber we can use it within our almost 600 degree fusion process to bond it with our Patented Forever UnderWire™, our Patented Poke Free UnderWire™ or our Patented Forever Bra Repair™ without any loss of structural integrity to our aramid type anchor thread.

A standard poly /nylon thread may be able to withstand a tensile shear or breaking point of say 4 to 6 PSI (pounds of pressure) as a single lone thread. Meaning very simply that if you hang an 8 pound weight on a 6 PSI thread used in some lingerie brands it will break very fast.

Using in the same thickness range of nylon thread, an aramid type fiber in our Forever Thread™ will allow it to hold over 50 PSI, equal to more than 7 gallons of water hanging in mid air and that is only one of our smallest reinforced fiber anchors.

In the lingerie garment industry though, the light thread typically in use simply cannot stand up to serious wear, so instead the garment industry relies heavily on the SPI (Stitches Per Inch) to help provide a stronger stitch. Basically using a weak sewing thread concentrated to hold the underwire in place.

But the value of the Forever Thread™ is not in the stitching; it is as a flexible anchor between our Forever UnderWire™, the Forever Bra Repair™ and the actual bra hem. It is right there that the underwire is stitched to the hem thus providing magnitudes of additional support never seen before from an underwire.

As the Forever UnderWire™ can now pick up all the direct support of the underarm hem and the chest hem to lift and support the underwire and in direct relation, the wearer receives unmatched superior breast support.

The aramid fibers of our Forever Thread™, are extremely resistant to wear due to movement, wear, washing and drying with no breakage.

If it is that good then why hasn’t anyone used it before.

This question has two answers:

  1. Cost: Compared to regular sewing threads an aramid fiber reinforced anchor thread costs about 20X the price per roll compared to that of a regular sewing thread.
  2. There was no design to install it within: But in using our Patented designs we can provide you with superior support, longer lasting lingerie, longer life outerwear, greater market share, higher markups, and happier customers while incorporating an aramid type fiber thread at a marketable price.

See the video here of a stress test using sand paper on our Forever Thread™ vs a standard lingerie sewing thread.

As you could plainly see the ForeverThread™ is far superior to any commercially used sewing thread.

Now imagine that thread supporting the Forever UnderWire™, Poke Free UnderWire™ and your Forever Bra Repair™
