The UnderWire Solutions Inc. warranty is very simple:
- UnderWire Solutions Inc. products or process have no pro-rata, no surprises, a true no questions asked warranty for product return due to any failure due to manufacturer defect.
- UnderWire Solutions Inc. warrants against any manufacturing defect for as long as the end user owns the retail garment.
- UnderWire Solutions Inc. Does not cover damage from physical abuse, such as intentional damage or testing, or for use within a product not licensed for by UnderWire Solutions Inc.
- The end user (whether retail, designer or manufacturer) shall only pay the prevailing postage and handling rate (see Underwires.com website for the most current p&h rate) for the replacement item.
At UnderWire Solutions Inc. we can take either your in stock steel underwires and convert them into the UnderWire Solutions Inc. our patented Forever Underwire™ or our Poke Free UnderWire™ brand underwires. We can also assist you convert your existing steel underwire stock with a version of our Forever Bra Repair™ Tip with the Forever Thread™ and incorporate these into your current design to prevent against the premature garment failure due to the kinetic stresses of the standard steel underwire process you are currently using.
